HOUSE RULES

Please be advised that these rules can be changed without notice.

1. Absolutely no smoking inside the house.

2.
If smoking outside, please make sure that all doors are closed and cigarettes are properly disposed of so as not to cause any fire. If cigarette smoke gets in the house, you will be responsible for the cost of service to get the smell of smoke out.

3.
Please do not flush any feminine products (i.e. tampons, sanitary napkins), flushable wet wipes, and paper towels in the toilet. If blockage is caused by any of these, you will be responsible for the cost of the plumber.

4.
Please do not take our white towels to the beach.

5.
When leaving the house, please set the AC thermostat to 76 degrees.

Be sure to lock the door when leaving the house. 7

7. Only approved and paid-for gatherings are allowed. You will be charged additional fees if parties or gatherings happen without our approval.

8.
We have a strict policy with the number of guests on the reservation. If you have any visitors staying overnight, please reach out to us. Additional fees will apply.

9.
For longer stays, please properly dispose trash in the bin.

10.
Please clean the charcoal grill and properly dispose the charcoal after every use.

11.
Please rinse off excess sand in the outdoor shower prior to coming inside the house. If there’s excessive sand inside the house, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee.

 12.
Please report any kind of damage during your stay. We take inventory of the house after every stay.
